What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process debit/credit, Zelle, draft, and ACH disputes presented by members in a timely manner
- Validate data, create new cases, and conduct preliminary investigations for compliance requirements
- Track all disputes to ensure completion without error and manage provisional credit as needed
- Provide support as back-office for branches and other departments, assisting with inquiries and processes
- Learn and utilize programs and processes within the Payment Services department to support team objectives

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of one year of similar or related experience
- High school education or GED
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational and data entry skills with a focus on accuracy
- Ability to work independently while supporting a team environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with payment processing systems and dispute resolution
- Familiarity with compliance regulations related to banking transactions
- Proficiency in using a 10-key calculator and keyboard
