Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 1+ years of professional work experience

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills

• Commitment to safety, ethics, and integrity in the workplace

• Eligibility to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in business, communications, engineering, environmental science, or related fields

• 3+ years of professional experience in an office environment

• Experience in the energy industry or related sectors

• Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

• Project coordination or management experience

• Customer service orientation and interpersonal skills

• Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills and technologies

• Experience working in diverse teams and inclusive environments
