The Drilling Performance engineer will be responsible for drilling applications, at least 3 years of on-rig experience is essential in either a driller, MWD/LWD or Mudlogging function. He should have a strong understanding of the drilling process with knowledge of Optimization processes. He must have worked with software applications that monitor and analyze the drilling process and have a high competency in using data and digital solutions.

Strong spoken and written English is essential.
Excellent computer skills especially with windows and office products are essential.
Must be a team player and work well in a team or solo when required.
