The Drilling Performance engineer will be responsible for maintaining drilling applications to improve drilling performance and/or reduce negative implications causing dam string, and wellbore. For our software to work appropriately, we need high-caliber personnel to ensure the inputs maintain high quality standards.

Requirements:

• Four-year degree in petroleum related science and/or engineering
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience on the rig, preferably in roles such as driller, MWD/LWD, or Mudlogging.
• Comprehensive understanding of the drilling process, including optimization techniques.
• Proficiency in utilizing software applications for real-time monitoring and analysis of drilling operations.
• High competency in leveraging data and digital solutions to enhance drilling efficiency.
• Strong spoken and written English is essential.
• Experience with ticketing and task management applications.
• Excellent computer skills, especially with Windows and Office365 products are essential.
• Must be a team player and work well in a team or solo when required.
• Ready to work in a rotational working schedule.

Preferences:

• Previous experience with software applications that monitor and analyze the drilling process.
• You should have a strong understanding of the drilling process with knowledge of Optimization.
• Ready to work in a rotational working schedule.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Petroleum/Geology/Drilling or equivalent/higher degree.
• Strong verbal and written English skills are a prerequisite.
• Mastery of Windows and Office software is vital.
