What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a project manager for a variety of water-related projects, ensuring quality delivery
- Lead client and internal meetings to facilitate project progress and communication
- Delegate and oversee the work of technical staff and engineers in planning and design projects
- Monitor project goals related to scope, schedule, budget, and quality, including profitability analysis
- Mentor mid-level and rising professionals while supporting business development efforts

What is Required (Qualifications):
- B.S. degree in civil or environmental engineering; strong experience in municipal water treatment considered
- P.E. or ability to obtain a P.E. in Washington and/or Oregon
- Minimum of 15 years of progressively increasing responsibility in drinking water planning and design
- Strong written communication skills and experience producing technical reports
- Proficiency in standard computer programs and schedule management tools

- 20+ years of progressively increasing responsibility in drinking water planning and design
- M.S. degree in a relevant field
- Experience managing and delivering water system or treatment-related projects as a project manager
