What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Assist in IT Project Management and Software Engineering tasks
- Present solutions to stakeholders based on the interpretation of technology and business problems

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Experience in business analysis and software development
- Knowledge of project management practices and the software development life cycle
- Ability to create technical documentation
- Must pass a fingerprint/criminal record clearance prior to hire

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related field
- Knowledge and experience in Salesforce and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) Octane
- Experience gathering business and system requirements for medium to large IT projects
- Strong organizational, time management, and collaboration skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
