DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking a Shunter/Driver to play a vital role in our distribution service.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?As a DHL Supply Chain Driver, you will be playing your part in keeping the world moving by safely and efficiently delivering goods to our customers. We need you to:

• Experienced yard shunter using a LST Trailer - Desirable
• Days available on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern 12 hour shifts Days and Nights
• Enjoy working as part of a successful team
• Drive in a safe and efficient manner in line with Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations
• Comply with our health and safety standards at all times, ensuring adherence to The Highway Code, road safety rules and vehicle regulations

What are the requirements?

• • Candidates MUST have shunting experience - 1 year driving Class 1 Experience
  • Candidates MUST hold a valid LGV C+E (HGV Class 1) Driving licence - no more than 6 points
  • Excellent communication and team working with other yard shunters and the transport team
  • Flexible to additional shifts to cover peak periods, holiday, sickness etc....
  • Brand new tug units so pride in your vehicle is required
