What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support timely and accurate Drug Safety reporting, including AE surveillance and ICSR drafting
- Conduct quality control investigations and regular follow-up on Drug Safety reports
- Provide processing support for safety-related deliverables such as individual case safety reports
- Mentor junior team members and provide feedback on Drug Safety practices
- Participate in departmental strategic planning and quality improvement initiatives

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical research and/or Drug Safety experience
- Completion of GCP, MedDRA, and other role-specific training programs
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Clinical background is preferred
- Advanced skills in safety data management and pharmacovigilance
- Experience with technology and software solutions relevant to Drug Safety operations
- Ability to work independently while being part of a team
- Familiarity with governing regulations and guidance for observational research
