Reporting directly to Core Area Team Leader, this exciting and challenging role will primarily be responsible to drive and improve EOL area.

The successful candidate must have a lean culture ideology, self-driven, can-do attitude and motivated to perform daily operations at high level.

“You will join our Aylesbury Pallet, Box and shrink wrapper lines team and support closely with Cravendale, McDonalds, Big Milk and BOB products “.

From here, you will work to achieve excellent levels of quality and ensure product is delivered to our customers with right temperature and packaging integrity.

About the job

Within this role you will:

Drive improvements and maintain area using SOF’s methodology on daily basis and be audit ready at all times.

Drive daily KPI’s and Cleaning Schedule

Fully integrate and deliver daily asset care to all equipment

Able to work on its own and be able to challenge different areas of the business.

Who are you?

The ideal candidate, must have the following skills:

Communicate well at all levels

Team player and keen to multi-skill

Self-driven and motivated

Good awareness of business and area that will be working on

Customer focused

Fork Lift license

Experience will be beneficial but not essential as full training will be provided.
