What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in conducting user research to gather insights on user behavior, needs, and motivations through various methods
- Analyze research findings and contribute to actionable recommendations for design and development

- Support the development of user personas, journey maps, and other research artifacts
- Advocate for user needs and ensure user experience considerations are integrated throughout the product lifecycle

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program
- Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Skills in analyzing and interpreting data, identifying patterns, and translating insights into recommendations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to advocate for user needs and integrate user-centered design principles into product development

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Pursuing a degree in UX Research, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field
- Familiarity with various research tools and methodologies, including usability testing and surveys
- Basic knowledge of UX design principles and human-computer interaction
