- Conduct daily reviews and performance analyses of the P&L and on-site metrics, identifying trends, challenges, and opportunities to enhance DTC performance.
- Develop and present business improvement recommendations to optimize promotions, pricing strategies, and site experience.
- Oversee payment provider operations, ensuring seamless transactions, resolving issues, managing relationships with providers, and evaluating provider performance.
- Track and analyze promotional effectiveness, collaborating with the pricing and finance teams to optimize the site for customer experience and profitability.
- Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and content marketing.
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Assist with website content updates and maintenance.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in marketing.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed.
- Analytical and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to interpret data.
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proactive and eager to contribute ideas to improve e-commerce and marketing performance.
- Strong interest in marketing and a desire to learn.
- A collaborative team player with strong communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, e-commerce, or related field
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and data analysis.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce, digital marketing, and DTC business models.
- Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
The E-Commerce & Marketing Specialist will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing daily financial performance of the DTC business. This includes managing core metrics (revenue, ad spend, profit, etc.), providing actionable insights, and supporting initiatives to drive revenue and profit growth. The specialist will collaborate closely with the Senior E-Commerce Manager and cross-functional teams to optimize the DTC site experience, promotions, pricing, marketing, and payment processes.

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and geographic location. This position is primarily paid on highly incentivized commission structure.
The starting compensation is expected to be:
$60,000-$70,000
