      As a member of the E-commerce team, reporting directly to the Global Director of E-commerce and Omnichannel, you will be responsible for implementing ALAÏA's e-merchandising strategy.
      Your primary goal will be to enhance the online assortment, optimize the customer journey, and boost the performance of the product categories.

      E-MERCHANDISING
      - Develop seasonal e-merchandising strategies and define weekly content plans in collaboration with the Image team.
      - Oversee product launches according to the commercial calendar.
      - Manage daily e-VM on maison-alaia.com using the dedicated Back Office and CMS.
      - Ensure the completeness and quality of the master data catalog for accurate product launches across regions.
      - Maintain regular and high-quality communication with the RTW and ACC teams to optimize and enhance the catalog.
      - Oversee the translation and proofreading process for product descriptions.
      - Update e-merchandising guidelines to optimize performance while maintaining the Maison’s image positioning.
      - Actively participate in E-commerce buying sessions.
      - Coordinate and supervise catalog shoots with the Image, Product, and Studio departments.

      MONITORING & REPORTING
      - Flag re-order requirements (seasonal and permanent), optimize transfers, and monitor stock coverage with the support of Retail Merch department.
      - Monitor sales reports (weekly/monthly): sell-through by category and SKU, best/slow movers, return rates, search inquiries, restock needs, and stockouts.
      - Conduct benchmarks and monitor luxury market best practices.

      DIGITAL MARKETING & SEO
      - Assist in creating a 360° digital marketing calendar aligned with delivery groups and purchasing cycles.
      - Contribute to SEO optimization (catalog) and ensure editorial coherence between SEO and SEA.

      PROFIL
      - 5 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury brand.
      - Fluency in English and French.
      - Comprehensive knowledge of the E-commerce ecosystem; omnichannel experience is a plus.
      - Organized, meticulous, curious, autonomous, with strong writing and interpersonal skills.
      - Process- and problem-solving-oriented.
      - Proficiency in MS Office, Google Analytics, JIRA, Adobe Suite, and WordPress is essential.
