- Minimum of one year of customer service or sales experience in a retail setting
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a clear and articulate speaking voice
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
- Ability to commit to a minimum of 25 hours per week, with priority for candidates available for 30+ hours
- Must complete a job-related assessment for consideration
