What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Jointly lead a delivery team consisting of internal business SMEs, IT personnel, client stakeholders, and external technical professionals
- Manage the delivery of services to clients on time, within scope, and budget, including staff assignment and management
- Document decision-making processes on behalf of clients within the established governance structure
- Communicate project and delivery status to clients, team members, and stakeholders, facilitating client meetings
- Participate in marketing and business development activities, including writing blog posts and reviewing RFPs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Political Science, Computer Science, Public Administration, or a related field
- 5 or more years of experience working with state or local government in areas such as asset management planning or implementation project management
- Experience implementing EAM systems like CentralSquare, Cityworks, or IBM Maximo is desired
- Advanced degree and a current project management certification (PMP or CAPM) or organizational change management certification preferred
- Knowledge of quality assurance/control procedures and proactive problem management skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in consulting roles with public sector clients or relevant independent consulting experience
- Prior employment with a software vendor or system integrator in requirements gathering and software testing
