What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate independently with clients and consultants on maintenance and enhancement tasks, as well as participate in major project teams
- Analyze, evaluate, and document modifications to business processes and system applications, assisting in feasibility studies and cost-effectiveness assessments
- Provide production support for application errors, including on-call duties beyond normal business hours
- Participate in software development activities and guide the work of other staff members, including developing test plans and performing testing
- Undertake other tasks and special projects as assigned
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of two years of professional experience in system design and application development for Systems Analyst I; four years for Systems Analyst II; six years for Systems Analyst, Sr
- Advanced experience with EAM systems, specifically IBM Maximo
- Proficiency in SQL, SQL databases, and programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, and XML
- Ability to travel as needed to achieve objectives and maintain a valid driver's license

- Experience with report writing applications like BIRT
- Proven track record of increasing work responsibility and effective project management
