What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver counseling and support to Assistance Program Members, addressing their mental health and well-being needs
- Foster a supportive and empathetic environment for clients to achieve their well-being goals
- Collaborate with the AllOne Health team to ensure the highest quality of care and support

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's degree in a Behavioral Health field from an accredited institution
- Full Clinical licensure in any state will be considered with a preference towards CA, CO, MN, NH, & OH
- Reliable internet connection and speed
