- Manage the effective onboarding and offboarding of new interns to ensure both a positive experience, accuracy in data, and compliance with all hiring regulations and practices.
- Closely monitor ATS (Workday) to fully track applicants, identify diverse candidates and ensure accurate reporting.
- Monitor program performance and regularly report on program metrics and continue to review and improve data related to the program.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to effectively interact, influence and present to varying levels of leadership.
- Critical thinking skills to problem-solve and multitask to manage a high volume of requisitions and candidates.
- Strong analytical skills, organizational skills, high level of attention to detail, and excellent follow through.
- Proven talent advisor skills and ability to consult and be seen as a credible advocate for candidates as well as trusted advisor for the business.
- Experience using recruiting metrics to identify problems, provide insights, and drive decisions.
- Hands-on experience recruiting in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Solution driven and actively drive continuous improvement to processes and programs. Excellent project management experience.
- Proficient with an ATS (preferably Workday).
- Advanced knowledge using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Highly motivated and able to successfully multitask in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
- Proactive, highly organized, detailed-oriented, and results-focused.

About The Position:
Dotdash Meredith is looking for a dynamic and thoughtful Early Career/Intern Program Manager to join our Talent Acquisition team. This position will oversee and elevate the current and future internship programs through an innovative lens. Our ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about early careers, a strong proven program manager and can deliver the best candidate experience.
This role is hybrid out of our New York City office and requires 3 days a week in the office.

This role reports into the Talent Acquisition team that is responsible for the Early Career program hiring.
About The Positions Contributions:
Weight % Accountabilities, Actions and Expected Measurable Results
70% Manage and elevate our existing and possible future intern programs, including full life cycle recruiting, onboarding, planning out events for the entire program.
30% Handle ad-hoc talent acquisition responsibilities onsite in the New York office (i.e., greeting candidates onsite, etc). Project manage ad-hoc talent acquisition projects.
The Role’s Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements
Education: B.S. / B.A. degree in Business, HR, Psychology, or related field and/or experience.
Experience: 4 years of early career/internship recruiting experience.
Specific Knowledge, Skills, Certifications and Abilities:
% Travel Required (Approximate): 5%

Pay Range
Salary: New York: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00The pay range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position and may change in the future. Actual pay may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Dotdash Meredith’s total compensation package for employees. Other compensation may include annual bonuses, and short- and long-term incentives.
