- Demonstrates proficiency and supports the four pillars of the ECBS program: automation, the Iron Triangle, individualized coaching/consulting, and utilizing vetted policies and procedures.
- Recruits eligible childcare providers to participate in the Hubs through effective outreach and relationship building strategies.
- Manages and maintains relationships with Hub participants through regular meetings, training, and one-on-one communication.
- Assures that services meet the program and contract requirements, are comprehensive, appropriate, and delivered within the established guidelines.
- Demonstrates sensitivity to linguistic, cultural, social, economic, individual, and role differences among persons and children served.
- Reviews records and documentation and provides and/or observes directly, the delivery of services to assure that services meet the program requirements.
- Documents and tracks data per program requirements.
- Present data finding in a clear and understandable manner, facilitating data-driven discussions and decision-making.
- Establish a system for ongoing monitoring of documentation and program measurables.
- Makes recommendations to the Senior Program Manager based on analysis of program and community data.
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, or related business field.
- Two years experience in and/or knowledge of:
- Training, coaching, mentoring, or supervision of individuals or groups in early care and education settings
- Budgeting, financial management, and other Early Childhood business practices.
- ADHS/DES child care regulations
- Adult learning theory and practices
- Community resources
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid Arizona driver's license for statewide travel
- Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card OR must qualify for a valid Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card is required.

Job title: Early Childhood Business Solution (ECBS) Hub Coordinator
The Shared Services Hub Coordinator is primarily responsible for the recruitment of Hub participants, coordinates Hub services, including meetings and back-office services with vendors and ECBS team members, and provides monitoring of key performance metrics as required by grant requirements and Hub project goals.
