      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide individual, group, and family counseling to promote social, emotional, cognitive, and behavioral changes in clients
      - Conduct training workshops and on-site visits for childcare providers to enhance their competency in addressing social/emotional health
      - Link childcare providers with mental health resources and offer consultation services to fill service gaps
      - Assess client needs and maintain appropriate documentation for the Chaddock Early Childhood Mental Health Consultant Project
      - Collaborate with local agencies and partners to identify site-specific needs for mental health promotion and services

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Infant Mental Health, or a related Human Services field
      - Minimum of 1,000 hours of supervised direct service experience through practicum, internship, or employment
      - Must meet Qualified Mental Health Professional status in relevant programs
      - Experience with electronic health records and/or automated documentation systems
      - Strong written and oral communication skills

      - Knowledge of community resources and regulatory guidelines related to mental health services
      - Experience in providing training and consultation to early childhood professionals
      - Familiarity with cultural competency in service delivery
      - Skills in problem-solving and networking within the mental health field
