What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide Earned Value Management (EVM) support to analyze and resolve budgetary and financial issues for federal clients, primarily the FAA
- Collaborate with program management and technical teams to monitor and report on Integrated Master Plans and schedules
- Teach and mentor other EVM analysts on compliance with EVM metrics and reporting requirements
- Analyze vendor Cost Performance Reporting (CPR) and implement necessary corrective actions
- Conduct detailed analyses of program events and milestones to provide status updates to management

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in Earned Value Management (EVM), with at least 15+ years of EVM tools competency (Cobra, PRISM, Deltek)
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Management, Mathematics, Engineering, Finance, or Accounting
- Must be a U.S. citizen or legal resident for three of the past five years
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Public Trust security clearance, including a soft credit check and criminal background check
- Strong analytical background with excellent communication and report writing skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) or similar government agencies
- Master's degree or Ph.D. in a relevant field
- PMP and/or Earned Value Professional (EVP) certification
- Proficiency in reporting software tools such as MPM, wInsight, and scheduling software like Primavera
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
