      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide continuous monitoring of ECLS patients and circuits, maintaining a patient ratio of up to 1:3
      - Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate tests and evaluations for ECLS patients
      - Adjust ECLS blood flow and sweep gas flow according to established guidelines or orders
      - Document patient care accurately in accordance with hospital guidelines
      - Engage in ongoing training and demonstrate competency with ECLS equipment and protocols

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 days of availability each month
      - Associate degree with 2-3 years of related Critical Care or ECLS experience, or a Bachelor's degree preferred
      - Unencumbered professional license (RN, RRT, CCP) required
      - Advanced credentials as applicable to each profession must be maintained
      - AHA credentials in BLS must be current

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working in a critical care environment
      - Familiarity with multiple ECLS systems, including Cardiohelp, CentriMag, Spectrum, and Rotaflow
      - Previous training or certification in extracorporeal life support
      - Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with medical staff and families
      - Ability to handle stressful situations and maintain composure
