What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide continuous monitoring of ECLS patients and circuits, managing a ratio of up to 1:3
- Adjust ECLS blood flow and sweep gas flow per established guidelines or orders
- Collaborate with ECLS physicians and healthcare professionals for patient management
- Document patient care and use applications for logging hours and expenses
- Complete competencies on ECLS pump systems and demonstrate safe practices

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Willingness to provide a minimum of 5 days of availability each month
- Associate degree with 2-3 years of related Critical Care and/or ECLS experience; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Maintain unencumbered professional license (RN, RRT, CCP) and state licenses as necessary
- Maintain advanced credentials applicable to each profession and AHA credentials in BLS
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare teams

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Experience in critical care or ECLS settings
- Previous training in extracorporeal life support technologies
- Familiarity with various ECLS systems, including Cardiohelp and CentriMag
- Ability to handle stressful situations effectively
