What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide continuous monitoring of ECLS patients and circuits, maintaining a ratio of up to 1:3
- Collaborate with ECLS physicians and healthcare professionals to coordinate evaluations and patient management
- Monitor and adjust ECLS blood flow and anticoagulant drugs according to established guidelines
- Document patient care accurately in accordance with hospital protocols
- Communicate professionally with administrative teams regarding scheduling and logistics

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Willingness to provide a minimum of 5 days of availability each month
- Associate degree with 2-3 years of related Critical Care and/or ECLS experience, or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Maintain an unencumbered professional license (RN, RRT, CCP) and relevant state licenses for travelers
- Maintain advanced credentials applicable to the profession
- AHA credentials in Basic Life Support (BLS)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in extracorporeal life support (ECLS) or critical care settings
- Familiarity with various ECLS systems including Cardiohelp and CentriMag
- Strong communication skills and ability to perform well under stress
- Demonstrated competency in ECLS equipment and protocols
- Previous training in ECLS education modules
