What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive project management for large PI features from inception to completion, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders
- Create and manage documentation, including process flows and tickets, ensuring thorough follow-through to closure
- Write detailed JIRA tickets for bugs and feature enhancements, providing sprint support and resolving blockers
- Conduct product data clean-up in Shopify as necessary to address issues
- Present process flows to various stakeholders as required

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven experience in project management within an eCommerce or similar environment
- Strong documentation skills and familiarity with JIRA ticketing system
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Availability to work Monday to Friday, preferably aligning with EST hours

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in eCommerce project management or product data management
- Familiarity with Shopify or similar eCommerce platforms
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience in agile methodologies and sprint planning
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
