      What to Expect:
      The eCommerce Analyst is responsible for developing a comprehensive understanding of consumer engagement across all digital touchpoints of Nespresso Canada. You will be proficient in various analytics tools and will be capable of visualizing data for colleagues through dashboards, reports, and presentations. By applying data and analytics, you will use insights to influence strategic development and identify key trends in competition, market economy, and digital landscapes.

      A day in the life:

      • Use multiple data sources to develop a cohesive view of our customers and understand their digital habits.
      • Continuously track and optimize marketing acquisition campaigns in partnership with the digital media team, supporting both the team and the media agency for a deeper understanding of the traffic generated by media campaigns.
      • Analyze the conversion funnel for each product category to identify bottlenecks in the path to purchase and increase conversion rate.
      • Evaluate the efficiency of web and app merchandising zones (banners, menus, pages) to recognize common approaches and difficulties, and share suggestions with the UX team.
      • Provide weekly sales updates to eCommerce team for tracking performance and identifying issues.
      • Empower Nespresso Canada colleagues by providing access to data through various dashboards built according to their needs.
      • Provide clear and accessible documents and presentations to simplify data and insights, ensuring they are easily understood.
      • Collaborate with other departments to integrate eCommerce data with other internal data sources.

      Role Requirements

      • Bilingualism or equivalent experience in English and French language skills is required, as this position involves collaborating with customers across the Canadian market and globally.
      • 3 years of experience as a digital analyst, working with web/mobile analytics, metrics gathering, reporting and analysis.
      • Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (Marketing, Business Intelligence, etc)
      • Experienced knowledge of Google Analytics 4
      • Advanced proficiency of Power BI, PowerPoint, Excel
      • Experience working with digital marketing media data (SEM)
      • Excellent skills in data visualization, understanding of needs, and translating data into actionable recommendations

      Preferred Skills

      • Ability to adapt and learn quickly
      • Experience with session recording tools (Glassbox) and A/B testing tools (Adobe Target)
      • Knowledge of SQL is an asset
      • Demonstrated communication and presenting skills (verbal and written)
      • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a goal-oriented approach
