- Responsible for design, implementation of the product content creation standards (copy, imagery, video, etc); SEO optimized towards search engines; primarily Google and Amazon
- Collaborate with internal teams, as well as independently managing agencies to deliver best-in-class digital shelf execution: a) product content creation: including copywriters, translations, SEO, rendering, photography, video, etc, and b) product content syndication, as required
- Responsible for all digital shelf merchandising across Amazon, D2C and other online pureplayers either via 1P/Retail or 3rd party
- Ppload of all new product, image and video upload, brand store development, content/SEO creation on product detail page
- Establish an SEO strategy to increase organic search traffic and work with cross-functional partners to execute
- Develop online content to maximise Google visibility for Google snippets function
- Identify and track KPIs, utilize data-driven analysis and collaborate with cross-functional partners to inform decision-making processes and actionable reports
- Work closely with the E-Commerce team to ensure the successful coordination and launch of new and refreshed products
- Manage the merchandising calendar to schedule website content updates and organize support for digital marketing efforts; oversee planning of calendar, working with cross functional teams to ensure deliverables are on schedule
- Work with the US Direct to Consumer team to optimize the customer journey including creating strategy for acquisition, conversion, retention and boosting AOV
- Work with the Paid Performance Manager to monitor key KPIs and customer insights to drive ecommerce performance and strategy
- Identify opportunities for optimization of site search, product data, product sorting, category filters/facets, product recommendations, up-sells/cross-sells, category-product taxonomy, the post-purchase experience, and content strategies for SEO
- Proactively escalate any website issues and assist in logging/scoping out JIRA tickets
- Stay up-to-date with best practices, solutions and strategies for web merchandising, ecommerce operations, and SEO
- Perform quality assurance to ensure accuracy of product data and promotional content, as well as taking responsibility for correcting and facilitating any fixes

- BA or BS degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience on Amazon or other significant online retailer
- Minimum 4 years experience working in digital content marketing in consumer products industry
- Demonstrated experience for for best-in-class online copy, imagery, design and UX
- Understanding of web templates and content management systems
- Familiar with digital marketing/social media tools and understanding of digital terminology
- Demonstrates strong logical, quantitative analysis and problem-solving skills
- Flexible and adaptive to changing priorities; able to organize, multi-task and prioritize workload to meet deadlines
- D2C site management a plus
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and Adobe Photoshop is beneficial
- Strong Excel skills are beneficial
- Experience with Magento 2 or similar ecommerce platform is beneficial
- Team-oriented with ability to collaborate with partners across functions and levels

What You’ll Do
As Ecommerce Content Manager, you will take responsibility for the content optimization across our key online channels with primary responsibility on Munchkin.co.uk and Amazon.
The Ecommerce Content Manager will work cross-functionally with other teams to develop and execute key merchandising initiatives, strategies, and business priorities. You will have experience working in marketing content creation; copywriting, SEO, imagery / photography, video, Amazon A+ pages, with sufficient knowledge of data management, CMS, or similar system & processes. You will have proven experience cooperating / driving external agencies and internal teams alongside having SEO content optimization knowledge, mainly on Google and Amazon.
Your role is to manage the site from functionality to optimisation, product performance and customer experience to capture, target and convert customers.
