- Manage daily optimization of BaubleBar.com collection & product pages
- Coordinate the product launch process on Shopify
- Analyze and present weekly site performance data
- Stay updated on marketplace trends and technology
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for site optimization and stock positions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 1 year of DTC merchandising experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
- Extensive knowledge of Shopify and Google Analytics
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Ability to work autonomously with attention to detail

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with NetSuite
- Previous experience in a fast-paced Ecommerce environment
