Ecommerce Manager – Elle & Riley Cashmere

      Location: Los Angeles, CA

      Reporting to: Director

      About Elle & Riley

Elle & Riley Cashmere is a New Zealand-founded and female-owned premium cashmere brand known for timeless luxury, impeccable quality, and understated elegance. As we expand into the US market, we are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Ecommerce Manager to drive rapid growth and optimize our online shopping experience. Our goal is to scale our ecommerce business significantly over the next 12 months while maintaining the exceptional customer experience that defines our brand.

      About the Role

The Ecommerce Manager will play a key role in accelerating our online sales and increasing conversion rates. This is a hands-on, independent role where you will take full ownership of ecommerce operations, including site optimization, content management, and performance marketing. You will be expected to lead strategic initiatives across Shopify, Klaviyo, Figma, and paid media platforms, with a strong focus on data-driven improvements and delivering a premium customer experience.

      Key Responsibilities

      1. Ecommerce Strategy & Optimization

      • Develop and execute a growth-focused ecommerce strategy to increase sales and customer engagement.
      • Manage and optimize our Shopify website to maximize conversion rates and ROI.
      • Analyze key performance metrics (AOV, UPT, CVR, traffic) and implement data-driven improvements.
      • Conduct regular A/B testing to enhance UX/UI and product positioning.

      2. Email & SMS Marketing

      • Own and manage all email marketing campaigns in Klaviyo, including automation, segmentation, and creative content.
      • Develop and execute SMS marketing strategies to improve customer retention and drive revenue.

      3. Paid Media & SEO

      • Strategically manage and optimize paid media campaigns on Meta and Google Ads to drive traffic and sales.
      • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
      • Implement SEO best practices to increase organic search visibility.

      4. Content & Product Management

      • Oversee all product uploads, ensuring accuracy in descriptions, pricing, and SEO.
      • Manage content creation and updates in Figma to ensure consistency with the brand's aesthetic.
      • Ensure product positioning and visual identity align with the brand's luxury image.

      5. Reporting & Analysis

      • Provide detailed weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
      • Analyze campaign data and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth.

    • About You
      • Experience: 5+ years in ecommerce management, preferably in the luxury or apparel industry, with a proven track record of scaling online sales.
      • Shopify Expertise: Deep understanding of Shopify, including site management, analytics, and optimization strategies.
      • Klaviyo Experience: Strong experience with Klaviyo, including setting up automated flows and segmentation.
      • Paid Media: Hands-on experience running Meta and Google Ads campaigns with proven results.
      • Figma Proficiency: Experience working with Figma for content creation and updates.
      • Analytical Skills: Ability to translate performance data into strategic actions and improvements.
      • Self-Starter: Comfortable working independently and driving results without constant oversight.
      • Luxury Brand Understanding: Ability to align strategies and customer experience with the brand's high-end positioning.

    • Application Requirements

To be considered, applicants must provide:

      • Specific examples of KPIs you've been set and how you met or exceeded them — include data and/or visual examples.
      • Campaign Results: Examples of successful campaigns you've run (email, ads, site optimization) with measurable results.

Applications without these details will not be considered.

      What We Offer
      • The opportunity to work with a growing luxury brand in a pivotal role.
      • Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses.
      • Annual KPI-based bonus plan.
      • Flexible hybrid work environment.
      • Medical insurance.
      • Wardrobe allocation and staff discount on our beautiful cashmere.

This is a rare opportunity to play a key role in building a luxury brand in the competitive US market. If you have the skills, experience, and ambition to drive our ecommerce success, we'd love to hear from you.
