Driving sales growth and profitability of eCommerce through effective execution of strategic and tactical digital and omnichannel initiatives .
Delivery of the targeted sales forecasts, monitoring daily sales volume, revenues and overall profitability, effective use of the tactical campaigns.
Work closely with the cross-functional Moomin Arabia team consisting of e.g. merchandising, brand market ing, content production and retail.
Acting as the Product Owner in an agile set-up to run eCommerce operations.
Owning, maintaining and prioritizing team backlog to maximize eCommerce growth.
Liaising with product management (eCommerce Director) and stakeholders to define the eCommerce vision and roadmap and align the team backlogs to business objectives .
Translating the roadmap into concrete work tasks for the teams.
Playing a significant role in agile planning events, demos and retrospectives and d efining iterations and stories.
Collaborating and coordinating with other brands’ eCommerce product owners.
Line manager for 1-2 eCommerce Specialists.
5+ years of overall work experience , from which 3+ years in a similar role as an eCommerce manager or another role in digital sales.
You are at home in fast-pace retail environment ; perk if you’ve taken part in an agile transformation.
Strong analytical, prioritization, and negotiating skills.
Minimum of Bachelor’s degree.
You speak and understand both English and Finnish at professionally fluent level. Swedish is considered a n advantage .
You are capable of adapting to evolving roles and ways-of-working ; you lean into and embrace change.

eCommerce Manager – Moomin Arabia
As part of Fiskars Group, Moomin Arabia is at the start of a journey to build a dedicated direct-to-consumer eCommerce business. Previously part of ou r Iittala eCommerce offering, Moomin Arabia is being elevated within the Fiskars portfolio, with a dedicated brand presence across the Nordics .
The eCommerce Manager role , represents a rare and exciting opportunity to join an established and much loved brand, at a key growth moment. You will play a leading role in scaling Moomin Arabia’s new digital storefronts in Finland, Sweden , Norway and rest of Europe , whilst driving business performance and the future direction and development o f Moomin Arabia eCommerce.
We are now looking for an eCommerce Manager to join our Moomin Arabia eCommerce team for a fixed-term parental leave substitution ( from February 2024 until approx. April 2025) .
About the role
As eCommerce Manager you will maximize the value produced by the Moomin Arabia eCommerce and ensure that customer needs and quality standards are met. Your main responsibility will be to drive sales growth and profitability through effective eCommerce strategic and tactical initiatives. This is also an opportunity to support in strategic topics and development, meaning working closely with the eCommerce Director to develop the overall eCommerce strategy and platform development roadmap . Based on the strategic roadmap, you’ll bridge strategy into actionable items that deliver the eCommerce teams goals and support our brands’ success.
