- Partner with the Associate Director of eCommerce to execute merchandising strategies and optimize site features for conversion and customer experience
- Manage product setup in Shopify, working cross-functionality with, photo, merchandising, and copy teams to successfully launch new products on site
- Collaborate with creative, copy and merchandising teams to develop and manage site assets, including homepage updates, product listing pages, and other on-site content
- Execute updates to navigation and product sequencing based on data trends and input from cross-functional teams Monitor site and inventory changes, flagging potential issues or opportunities
- Help optimize on-site search and filter functionality based on top-performing terms
- Partner with the engineering team on site enhancements, implementations and A/B tests.
- Help with site audits and gather competitive insights to inform merchandising decisions
- Assist in compiling weekly business reports and dashboards to track performance
- 1–2 years of experience in an eCommerce environment
- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a collaborative, fast-paced setting
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms; Shopify experience a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs and workflows
- Analytical mindset with basic experience in Excel
- Excellent communication skills and willingness to work cross-functionally
- Team-oriented with a can-do attitude

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented eCommerce Associate to join our team and support the day-to-day operations of our website. In this role, you’ll help keep our site running smoothly—from setting up products and updating site content to executing merchandising plans and supporting cross-functional initiatives. This is a great opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of experience who’s eager to grow their eCommerce skills in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
