What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure the eCommerce system remains in sync with the ERP system
- Troubleshoot website functionality issues and collaborate with the IT team for resolutions
- Conduct system testing and quality assurance to maintain smooth business processes
- Develop business process flow requirements and write Business Analyst (BA) documentation
- Manage and track system issues through ticketing systems

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of relevant experience in eCommerce operations, IT administration, or a similar role
- Strong IT administrative background with experience troubleshooting and resolving system issues
- Proficiency in G Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Sites)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Basic JavaScript skills to troubleshoot minor code issues
- Experience working with ERP and eCommerce systems
- Prior experience in BA/QA roles within an eCommerce environment
