What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree with 7+ years of experience in eCommerce or a related industry
- Proven experience managing eCommerce categories of $50 million or more
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of driving results across all organizational levels
- Demonstrated expertise in executing business strategies to meet revenue and profit targets
- Proficiency in data analysis using Excel; knowledge of Tableau preferred

- MBA preferred
- Experience in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
- Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams effectively
- Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities
- Solid understanding of P&L structure and basic accounting principles
