What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct extensive analysis using national, state, and local data to prepare economic reports
- Maintain communication with economic development and educational partners to address labor market information needs
- Lead efforts to improve the functionality of the employer's website through training tutorials and user guides
- Prepare and publish monthly and annual employment reports
- Provide outreach and support to workforce, education, and industry partners

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in economics, statistics, or a related field
- Minimum of one year of experience in economic or related work
- Familiarity with principles of economics, including forecasting and impact analysis
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong research capabilities and ability to work well with others

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in economics or a related field with four years of economic research experience, or a Master's degree in economics with two years of experience
- Familiarity with the ARIZONA@WORK system and WIOA deliverables
- Experience in training and presenting technical information
- Knowledge of publicly-available labor market information resources
