What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Become a part-time casual employee of Cornell University
- Use online platforms to facilitate learning through analysis and interaction
- Assess and provide feedback on student assignments
- Collaborate with eCornell staff for continuous improvement and student engagement
- Share experience in HR with working adults worldwide
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Relevant graduate degree and five or more years of HR-related experience OR relevant baccalaureate degree and 10 or more years of HR-related experience
- Leadership, management, generalist, or specialist experience in an HR role
- Internal consulting experience and expertise
- Comfortable using technology effectively for communication and instruction
- Exceptional communication skills in English
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- PHR/SPHR and/or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification
- People management experience and expertise
- Online instructional experience and expertise
