      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Become a part-time employee of Cornell University
      - Facilitate Project Management certification program courses
      - Provide extensive onboarding support to students
      - Encourage student engagement and reflection using online platforms
      - Assess and provide feedback on student assignments

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Relevant graduate degree or relevant baccalaureate degree with experience
      - PMP Certification or equivalent
      - IIBA Certification or equivalent
      - Experience in project management, resource planning, risk assessment, and agile methodologies

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Online instructional experience
      - Ability to facilitate courses beyond Project Management certificates
