      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist with providing a positive and seamless student experience
      - Support students via multiple modes (phone, chat, email, ticketing)
      - Resolve technical issues related to software used for student records, course access, completion, etc.
      - Research questions using available resources
      - Advise students on course completion, enrollment, scheduling, etc.

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma with up to two years of relevant work experience
      - Technology savvy with experience in CRM, LMS, and SIS software
      - Ability to effectively communicate with students and staff
      - Excellent English language communication skills
      - Ability to quickly learn new instructional technology tools and applications

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 1+ year experience working in a student support role
      - Prior online education and/or higher-ed support experience
      - Fluency in Spanish language communication
