What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Travel to client sites to train end users (doctors and clinical staff) on eCW software through one-on-one coaching and classroom instruction
- Develop workflow processes to enhance user experience
- Demonstrate software functionalities to client practices and provide training
- Communicate and escalate issues to Project Managers for prompt resolution
- Document all training sessions and prepare various reports, including checklists and expense reports

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems; Master’s degree preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in training and implementation of project management or EMR systems
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Willingness to travel an average of 50% - 75% per month across the 50 US states
- Must become an eCW Certified Professional upon completion of initial training

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bi-Lingual/Multi-Lingual skills are a plus
- Knowledge of MySQL, Windows Office suite, computer networking, and insurance-based physician billing
- Exceptional customer service orientation and detail-oriented approach
- Ability to deal with stressful situations professionally
- Experience coaching and training diverse groups of people
