      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance via phone or email
      - Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and relevant questions
      - Drive resolution to end-user issues and guide customers through the problem-solving process
      - Record events and problems along with their resolutions in logs
      - Collaborate with internal teams to prioritize issues and suggest possible improvements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in program management, business or public administration, technical management, information systems, engineering, finance/accounting, or related fields
      - eCW Certifications
      - Basic understanding of troubleshooting/technical support issues related to eCW workflow
      - Good technical knowledge of web application server architecture, MySQL, MS SQL, and SFTP architecture
      - Basic understanding of Windows and network troubleshooting

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Help Desk certification (preferred, with an opportunity to obtain if not currently certified)
      - Familiarity with eClinicalWorks software and its general functionalities
      - Proficiency in CRM systems, particularly ConnectWise
      - Experience with document management tools like SharePoint and OneNote
