What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the implementation process for complex EDI interfaces from initiation to completion
- Create mapping specifications and test scenarios for EDI transactions
- Facilitate connectivity setup, data mapping, and data clean-up with IT and business teams
- Provide EDI training to plants and other business partners
- Coordinate new business requirements and support existing EDI integrations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, or a related discipline or equivalent experience
- 6-8 years of relevant work experience in EDI and project management
- Experience with EDI and/or cXML mapping for transactions including 850, 855, 860, 856, and 810
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven success in delivering IT-enabled projects

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience managing small to medium-sized IT projects
- Familiarity with process improvement efforts within functional areas
- Ability to analyze business processes and resolve complex problems
- Strong customer focus and ability to build relationships with stakeholders
- Experience training users on new information technology solutions
