What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze, identify, coordinate, and resolve EDI transmission and rejection issues and errors
- Provide support for all customer EDI-related issues, including auditing and resolving problems on third-party portals
- Actively monitor EDI transaction flow and collaborate with internal and external teams to correct issues promptly
- Conduct special projects to determine root causes and propose recommendations for process improvements
- Work with relevant areas on generating credits and/or rebills as necessary
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent education preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Collections, Dispute Resolution, Process Re-engineering, Management, Finance, or Project Management
- Knowledge of various EDI platforms and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in MS Office, Oracle, and WebCollect
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks

- Demonstrated relationship-building, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good judgment with independent decision-making ability
