What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze, identify, coordinate, and resolve EDI transmission and rejection issues
- Provide support for all customer EDI-related issues, including auditing and resolving issues on third-party portals
- Monitor EDI transaction flow and collaborate with internal and external teams to correct issues
- Conduct special projects to identify root causes and recommend process improvements
- Work collaboratively to generate credits and rebills as necessary
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent education preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Collections, Dispute Resolution, or related fields
- Knowledge of various EDI platforms
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and proficiency in MS Office, Oracle, and WebCollect
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills

- Area of study in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting
- Experience in Process Re-engineering, Management, or Project Management
- Proven relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
