What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the coordination of EDI migration projects, ensuring timely completion of tasks
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding EDI implementation and migration processes
- Facilitate communication between internal teams and external trading partners
- Coordinate the setup and configuration of EDI systems, including mapping, testing, and troubleshooting
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of project plans and customer interactions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in EDI coordination or a similar role
- Familiarity with EDI standards (e.g., ANSI X12, EDIFACT) and EDI software/tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience communicating with Trading Partners/Customers
- Familiarity with ERP systems and databases
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships
