Primary Responsibilities:
- Serve as a resource for EDI Mapping, Transaction Validation, and Testing
- Analyze and measure HealthCare data for EDI Tech Solutions projects
- Prepare technical and functional requirements documents, process documentation, and project plans
- Interface with internal and external project resources, managed care customers, and IT resources
- Participate in auditing of systems and databases for prior authorization transaction research
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience with process and workflow documentation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Experience in Healthcare IT Functional Area and Clinical Utilization Management Systems
- Experience in healthcare EDI testing and validation
- Experience querying and analyzing healthcare data using SQL tools
- Experience working with authorization, eligibility, and/or claims data or application interfaces
- Knowledge of healthcare EDI transactions and ability to articulate technical and functional specs
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in CS or technology discipline
- Experience with SQL and specific EDI X12 ANSI 278 Transactions
- Experience in EDI transaction mapping and production support
- Experience with cloud-based solutions and Agile Project Methodology
- Knowledgeable about healthcare prior authorization and claims processing

- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to utilize multiple channels of communication simultaneously
- Ability to actively engage in meetings, working sessions, and assigned project work
