What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Write 4+ posts per day on a variety of topics, including fashion, beauty, health, food, tech, weddings, and celebrity
- Pitch and assign stories to freelance writers
- Manage and coordinate tasks with freelance contributors
- Create and maintain the weekly content calendar to support the editorial team
- Collaborate with the editorial team to grow the audience each month

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be a current full-time resident living in CT, NY, PA, or FL
- Strong writing skills with the ability to cover a wide range of topics
- Experience in content creation or editorial work is preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
- Familiarity with digital publishing and online audience engagement strategies

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in women's lifestyle editorial or related field
- Proven ability to pitch ideas and successfully write engaging content
- Experience managing freelance writers and editorial calendars
- Strong analytical skills to assess audience engagement and content performance
