Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and track the production process from manuscript to bound book
- Write promotional copy for approval
- Manage campaigns for endorsement quotes
- Prepare and route P&Ls and contract information sheets
- Evaluate manuscripts and write reader reports

Requirements:
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
- Passion for reading and interest in women's fiction and romance
- Strong writing skills, especially in promotional copy
