What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master’s degree in school finance, education policy, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in research or technical assistance projects
- Expertise in federal and state education policy and regulations
- Ability to communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences
- Willingness to travel approximately 10%

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with equity-based resource allocation processes
- Background in economics, business, accounting, or statistics
