      The Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry within the College of Arts and Sciences seeks 3 Education Program Lead Coordinators to join our team. The Education Program Lead Coordinator will assist General Chemistry Lab Supervisor with everyday Chemistry needs; assist in the development, implementation, and setup of general chemistry labs; assist with the development and preparation of teaching aids including laboratory manuals, Carmen assignments and laboratory rubrics; monitor Teaching Assistant (TA) adherence to grading policies and deadlines; assist Gen Chem Lab Supervisor and TA training coordinator with the training of graduate students, undergraduate students and staff teaching assistants; develop ongoing TA training materials; manage and facilitate staff meetings; assist with responding to inquiries regarding Gen Chem courses; other duties as assigned.

      MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: High School diploma or GED. 4 years of relevant experience or equivalent education/experience is required.

      Desired: Bachelor's Degree with a Major in chemistry or biochemistry. Previous teaching experience in a university setting.

      The pay range for this job profile is $20.02 to $26.33 . The offer for this position will fall within this range based on internal equity, unit's available budget, and the candidate's qualifications.
