What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide direct services to participants in various state and federal educational programs
- Assist underrepresented and first-generation youth and adults in higher education and career preparation
- Organize and chaperone field trips to college campuses and cultural enrichment centers
- Collaborate with local colleges, school staff, and community organizations to enhance college access
- Monitor and manage records and data related to program activities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience managing a caseload and recruiting students for programs
- Experience working with students from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to compile, organize, and disseminate relevant information to stakeholders
- Proficiency in using MS Office and databases for record-keeping
- Legally entitled to work in the United States without sponsorship

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with TRIO and/or GEAR UP programs
- Experience developing or presenting trainings on educational topics
- Experience counseling underrepresented or minority students on college readiness
- Experience in grant writing or reporting
- Bilingual in English and Spanish or in English and Hmong
