      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist the Project Director in the development and management of a Direct Care Worker (DCW) Career Development and Success program
      - Compile and coordinate educational programs and materials for participants
      - Manage updates to the department website and coordinate publicity for events
      - Develop outreach and marketing toolkits for target populations in partnership with community partners
      - Evaluate programs to enhance future offerings and disseminate information effectively

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Knowledge equivalent to that typically acquired in the first two or three years of college or technical school in Education, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
      - One to three years of related work experience in maintaining account ledgers, departmental operations, and employment
      - Proficiency in word processing, editing, and maintaining spreadsheets and/or databases
      - Valid vehicle operator's license may be required for certain duties
      - Basic knowledge of personal computer terminology and operations, and the ability to use email and the Internet

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge equivalent to that typically acquired in the first three to four years of college or technical school in a relevant field
      - Six months to one year of experience in planning and overseeing seminars and conferences
      - Experience developing marketing plans and outreach activities targeting marginalized populations
      - Familiarity with database management, desktop publishing, and web development
      - Previous experience in public relations and organizing training materials
