What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage in outbound call-backs to potential customers who have requested tutoring or course support
- Conduct consultative conversations to understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
- Influence prospective students and families to complete purchases or schedule follow-up conversations
- Achieve monthly sales performance targets utilizing educational experience and training provided
- Attend paid live training sessions remotely and adhere to proven sales guidelines for consistent customer experience

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Education, teaching, or tutoring experience is preferred
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
- High empathy and emotional intelligence to understand families' educational needs
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to adapt in a high phone volume environment
- Ability to work independently and troubleshoot technical issues in a fast-paced setting

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in sales or customer service roles
- Knowledge of educational products and programs, including tutoring and online classes
- Confidence in communicating via phone with potential clients
